Is Running Bad For Your Knees?

While the myths may be out there, running actually is good for the joints in your knees! Running actually builds more lubrication and stronger cartilage in your knees from the impact and movement. HOWEVER 40% of running injuries are in the knees! This has to do with the impact of running and the body not keeping up with the demand.

How long will it take for me to see results?

The program is designed to take 15-20 minutes a day, 3 days of strength and 3 days of mobility training a week, plus 1 day of foam rolling. It takes 4-6 weeks for the body to adapt to the forces placed on it and the muscles to become stronger, but most people see results sooner.
